It
was my very first experience of working with a T-Tapp trainer and
frankly I did not really know what to expect. I could very well imagine
how things are done at clinics where a trainer sees you performing a
move and helps you to perfect it. How this could be done in a remote
control manner was Chinese to me. Anyway, I decided to participate in
the Win a Seat inLani's Tapp into your Dreams class and was literally in the seventh heaven when announced the winner.
Now,
when these 7 weeks are already de passé, I can say that this class was
absolutely fabulous and I benefited from every single bit of it!. The
presentation was great and the materials themselves were carefully
prepared in a way that they gave enough food for thought to digest
during and long after the class is finished. Lani has done a lot of
work behind the scenes to ensure that we all get most of the class. I
am amazed at the way Lani can explain certain moves or suggest
variations which enable you to understand the elements of a move: by
some mystery the written explanation becomes a visual one! Like many
other t-tappers, I have moves that I dislike. Thanks to Lani the move I
detested most – Eye of the Tiger – became one of my favorites!
Participation in this class helped me in many other ways as well:

I completed my 14-day BC which had seemed absolutely impossible before.
Not only I did it, I enjoyed it immensely thanks to the support from
Lani and co-students. I was happy to lose 23,5 cm (9,25 inches) by the time the BC was over;

I became more patient to myself and a better listener to my own body:
it sends me certain signals which I ignored in the past and came to
understand now;
- I can say that I have finally become consistent with my exercises –something I had experienced difficulty with before.
Like anything, this class has not only strong sides but also a weak one: it ended SO quickly!
Cannot believe it used to be a 4-week class! We are lucky to be the
first to try this 7-week version! This is something which should not
change!

I would definitely recommend this course to others! Lani,
this is the 3rd or 4th time I've taken this class, and everytime I get
something new out of it! There is SO MUCH that I love about and learn
from this class that I really have difficulty succinctly explaining why
I think others should take this course. Since I doubt you want me to
write an essay, I could sum up my recommendation like this: I don't
live near a T-Tapp trainer, and I don't have any nearby friends who
T-Tapp. This course makes me forget all of that. I feel like I have
my own T-Tapp trainer right here, in my home, speaking right to my
questions and goals! And I also feel like I have a close group of
friends who are working out with me; the depth of trust and friendship

Everything worked about this class- there is nothing that didn't work! I thought the class format was great, and the pace was perfect. I found all the Lessons and Clinic Clicks very helpful. Although
I use and enjoy both the DM and T-Tapp forums, I do much better with a
structured class like this and also am far more likely to post and
exchange ideas in a private group setting. I need this type of accountability, in this type of friendly environment.
Making the
commitment to the class and having that accountability has allowed me
to begin to learn that it is OK to put some time aside for myself - to
start taking care of myself.
I learned a lot and began some healthy habits, which is one reason Id

I would whole-heartedly recommend this class to others! This online course provided a more intimate and
personal experience on a daily basis more than anything I'd encountered
to this point in my T-Tapp journey. And to learn from and have daily
accessibility to Head Trainer Lani Muelrath? Well, what a great gift
that will reap benefits well beyond January 2007!!!
Lani's accessibility and attention to all things involved in the
class was amazing. I really liked the clinic clicks; easy
to read and implement. All of the information was very pertinent; I
learned so much about not just T-Tapp but myself as a person! The information itself was very helpful and I enjoyed the class forums immensely!
This class helped heighten my wellness awareness. The
recommendations specific to T-Tapp form definitely helped elevate the
quality of my workouts. "Tapp Into Your Dreams" made me feel empowered and also
accountable with the constant encouragement provided by Lani and the
other class members. I feel much more in touch with my body and better
practices to take care of it. Not only did I gain valuable information
regarding T-Tapp and making changes for the sake of my wellness, I feel
like I gained a support network that will be available to me long after
the T2D class experience!

This class and getting to know Lani and the rest of you has been one of the
best Christmas presents I've ever received! I had "hinted" to DH that I'd
like to participate in a T-Tapp event - I had no idea it would be this
valuable!!
I really enjoyed the holistic approach to this class and the variety of
Clinic Clicks and readings. I agree with what others have said that it is
a lot to digest so quickly. I'm looking forward to the Spring class where
we'll have a little more time.
Lani, your personal touch with all
of this - especially comments to forum postings has made all the difference -
you've created a supportive, engaging community!
I've learned so much about T-Tapp - I'm no longer intimidated by the learning
curve. While I so agree with the idea of this being a lifelong
"practice" I no longer feel like a newbie.
Without a doubt [I'd recommend this class to others] - I'd shout it from the mountaintops if people would
listen. This course and T-Tapp, in general, contradicts some "conventional
wisdom" that wasn't working for me - no longer am I a disciple of the "no pain,
no gain - you must eat less to be thin and fit" philosophy. I'm ready to
be kind to myself and learn to be healthy the smart way, not the hard way.

I loved all the information that the
class brought forth. Everything was relevant, interesting and very
informative! I particularly enjoyed how there was a multiple emphasis
on exercise, eating, motivation and other issues like sleep. The class
chat was (of course) awesome! The ability to connect with other people who
are going through the same things and having the same questions as you was both
reassuring and motivating!!
It has given me not only specific tips to
help refine my T-Tapp forms, but also a really good springboard for eating
healthier! My motivation for exercising has gone through the roof, because
I know that all I need to do for the program to work, is to do the
program! Plus, finishing my first bootcamp online with my class friends
has given me a tremendous amount of confidence in myself.
I would
definitely recommend this course for other people - particularly those who do
not have trainers nearby or who cannot easily go to other T-Tapp events.
In fact, I have already lent my FF book to my daycare lady and she is going to

Lani, THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE, SUPPORT, AND ENOURAGEMENT! I liked how everything was layed out so clearly. I knew exactly where to find everything. I thought it was great that we could check in whenever and just LOVED reading thtought the forums and writing when I could. It was TONS of information...ALL of it has been so wonderful to read.
For future sessions, definitely keep the way it's formatted with the ease of getting around on the site! That was fantastic! I also did like Lani's Clicks...
It was so great learning the new info and seeing and participating in discussions. I've learned A LOT of new things as well as having the grace for myself. I also really enjoyed the daily motivators!!!! And continuing on the journey of freedom with eating! Of course, the tappin' tips that were give and discussed are sooo helpful and have given me A HA moments this month!
I recommend this course to others. There is SO much information out there on diet and exercise but being a part of this course, I always knew that the info that I would learn was quality and not a fad but a HEALTHY lifestyle. The T-Tapp tips given I know I will always continue to apply and also be able to pass on to some T-Tappin' friends!! Having you there as the instructor was also WONDERFUL! I always knew that if I were to post something, you'd ALWAYS reply and have something QUALITY to say.

Lani is an ideal instructor. She is kind, compassionate,
considerate, a great leader, gives wonderful, positive suggestions, always there
to assist anyway she can. As a fairly new Tapper, seeing Lani in
the videos and knowing her expertise and background seemed like working with a
celebrity, which she is, because Tappers all over the world recognize and look
up to her. I now consider her a close and personal friend, as I am sure anyone
who has ever spoken with or gotten to know her does. She is a wonderful person
in every sense of the word and truly brings so much to the world. She is
committed to health and wellness. She has achieved a comfortable place in life
with her own body and wants everyone to experience this sense of peace and
tranquility. Lani is on top of taking care of any
questions with wonderful detail, it's just that she is so thorough and
informative!
I have lost more than 22
inches for a starters, haven't measured yet this week, so probably more than
that. The inch loss, although important and very exciting, isn't what I got the
most from though. I started this journey looking to lose, as most do. What I
ended up with was so much more than I ever anticipated. I gained many new
wonderful friends, that I hope to never lose touch with. I gained a sense of
capability. I know that I am not unique in the suffereing I have caused my body
over the years by abusing it without realizing it. I know now that there is a
better way, I don't have to starve myself or workout until I am sore and
miserable to find permanent results. I have witnessed through this class people
who are much further along than me, who started out in my place or worse
and they are now successful, happy, and healthy and still striving to achieve
more. They never tire of T Tapp or making healthy choices. I know that I
am now one of them.

Lani, your accessibility is key. I'm amazed at how you're able to keep up
with all of us online -- you do a fantastic job and your input and
ability to both elicit from us what we're really asking and put a
helpful response into words is terrific!
One of my main purposes in doing course on line or in person is to keep “upping
the ante” and to keep my interest alive.
Learning new techniques, correcting form, etc. rekindles my commitment
to keeping with exercise. In terms of
specifics, I’m still working on some insights from early in this past month –
on PBS at the flat back, sliding my elbow both toward the back wall to further
engage lats as well as elbows together.
Also the active fingers in hands to “pockets” is powerful in deepening
the moves. There are others, but these 2
come to mind as big improvements for me.
I rexcommend this class.
I’m impressed at how you makes the course accessible and informative for
both the neophyte and the experienced T-Tapper.

"Dear Lani - I cannot begin to express to you how invaluable this class has been for me, or how indebted I will be to you as I continue my journey towards health and well being. As a newcomer, I was very unsure of the on-line class - how it would work, how anyone could possibly benefit from it, and how I would feel when I didn't stick to it and "failed" - yet again, 1 more fitness resolution.
Now all I can say is "WOW". This experience was the lifeline I needed to reset my head in the right direction. The chats were also a great tool and important to help with the bonding. The new information was absolutely invaluable. I learned many different aspects ideas that affect our physical and mental health.

Your care and concern have helped to show me that I can find a way, if I only let myself see and achieve the possibilities. "I would recommend this class to anyone. This is a class that anyone from any level can benefit, and Lani, you meet us where we are. This class has taken my workouts to a whole new level, little (or big) form tweak here and there, and BAM~! It's amazing how layered T-Tapp is, and it's ready to get more complex when you are ready and strong enough. I worked through a plateau I believe because of the form tips alone. Just when I thought I couldn't learn any more form tips, nutrition advise, etc. along comes Lani with her Tappy New Year 3 week program. I was skeptical at first and emailed her several times while she patiently explained that yes I can go to another level with Ttapp! And go to another level I have, with her encouragement and support. Not only did I get Lani's attention, but I got so much from everyone in this class also. I cannot begin to tell you how much all of this means to me and how much I have changed my attitude towards life because of this program. I am so glad I signed up for this course. I have learned that t-tapp is not an all or nothing program. Lani has taught me a how to listen to my body and figure out the best workout schedule for me and not someone else!! I know for me that slow and steady wins the race and I'm in it for the long haul and not just the quick fix of getting down to a smaller size asap..this though is an attitude I will continue to work on when it gets in the way telling me 'I'm not loosing inches/weight etc..' I'll say 'look at all the other benefits!! I'm feeling better about myself. My body is feeling much healthier and I can see muscles forming!' I loved being able to speak with Lani 1:1 through my journal. You never chastised me or made me feel silly for the things I asked or wrote. I wanted to comment on my Lani Journey, and the fact that it´s been great in so many ways. What I like most about this Class is that it made me feel responsible for me, and that I must be the one to take control of my life. If I want good health, I MUST exercise, and I find that Ttapp is the one exercise that can do all the rest of my life. If I want to be thinner and have a better body, well, I MUST eat right. The class was great for me too being able to communicate with all these outstanding girls, hearing all their ideas, new things, their battles, their life struggles. Lani, you too, are a perfect role-model for me. I like to know that you can do ALL the things you do, have a home, eat correctly, exercise right, run in the dark if you so desire, have a University course, give private classes, and read all our postings and give such heartfelt answers to each and every one. I've learned so much about myself and about T-Tapp...I hardly know where to begin. Honestly, the best way to express how I feel about it is that it has been life changing for me! If I start reflecting on everything I've learned and the changes I've made, I would write a book! What it boils down to for me is that I can now see that it's possible for me to build a healthy lifestyle. Before this class, it just seemed overwhelming and beyond my grasp. I have found this class extremely helpful in getting up my motivation and commitment to exercise. ( I've been wanting to for a long time... It is so nice to have a group of companions to share the experience with. The support of the ladies and your guidance has been such and integral and essential part of this experience. I really don't know where to begin. A very big thank you to Lani for putting this course together! I really enjoyed myself, and I think this was the most superb way to start off 2006. No January blahs for me. I do feel more balanced in body, mind, and spirit. Paying attention to myself throughout these past three weeks as resulted in less stress. I've improved on my T-Tapp technique, and in taking my workout to another level, I've found better balance bodywise. This movement everyday is actually fun! You said that would happen Lani. Woo Hoo! The lessons on attitude and choices, habits, lifestyle, and destiny struck a chord with me also. And I can't miss raving about the outstanding information on quality food, GM/MM, sleep, and supplementation. Spirit, well the spirit within this group is quite simply amazing.
