T-Tapp Total Workout Video Package:  Required Instructional Materials

This comprehensive, full body program includes Instructional #1, Basic Plus, Instructional #2 and the Total Workout at Beginner/Rehabilitation level. ABC TV in Philadelphia called this workout "The Workout that Works" for all fitness levels.

Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movements uses isometric linear alignment along with large muscle movement and lymphatic pumping to deliver higher aerobic, strength, flexibility and body sculpting - as well as rehabilitative benefits to shoulders, back, hips and knees. Inches drop quickly since muscles are developed with density, not bulk, to cinch-in, uplift, tighten and tone.

The Total Workout also teaches how to increase intensity without adding weights or repetitions so you can always challenge your body and get results with only one set of 8 repetitions. Less IS more with T-Tapp and the Total Workout delivers a full body program that not only builds a better body with optimal fitness and wellness, but helps you keep it for the rest of your life. Special student price also includes How and Where to Measure Chart, Guidelines for Best Results, Audio Version (CD), and more.

Step by Step through Registration....

Need help wading through the links to registration and application?  Here it is!

A big THANKS to Denise Van Vliet for putting together this flow chart of her experience with application to Butte College and Registration Proceedure.  As an out-of-state student (not a CA resident) her experience is still similar to what in state students experience;  she just has a different fee schedule (in state student fees will probably be under for the entire course.)

Denise's step by step process to register for Lani's Online T-tapp class:

Step 1: Went to this web site to Enroll with the college: http://www.butte.edu/services/student/recruitment/seven_step.html
Step 3: Click on 'online application' and was brought to this page:
http://www.cccapply.org/AdmissionApp/

   A. Clicked on:  Begin the Online Application Process

   B. Clicked on: New User
   C. Filled in all my information
   D. I needed to create a user name and password.
   E. Once all the information was filled in, I clicked 'submit' and then was asked to print out a hard copy, sign it and mail it in.

Once the enrollment application process was done, I went to this web site: http://www.butte.cc.ca.us/services/student/ADandREC/time.html

For new students to register for classes for Spring Semester, I would register on

If you register online, there is no additional charge, but if you register by phone, there is a charge. The total cost with fees for this course for me, (I'm out of state) will be approximately 262.50

There you have it!

One of the course requirements is to:

    1) Attend one of my LIVE T-Tapp classes held in Chico/Paradise 2 times over the course of the semester, or
    2) Record and send to me several videos of yourself practicing designated portions of the T-Tapp Workout during the course of the semester. This allows me to give instructional feedback on correct form.

Attendance at any one of my classes or clinics to fulfill this requirement is preferable as I then get to meet you as well as give immediate feedback!

I invite you to write to me with your questions and concerns at any time.

With all best wishes and looking forward!
