Profound Changes in Physical AND Emotional Health; and 50 lbs. Lighter!
~Sara K., Paradise, CA
When I first came to Lani, I was in need and in hopes of some real
change toward feeling better. With consistent work and encouragement
from Lani's coaching, I achieved weight loss, a complete
detoxification, health and wellness education,
strength and endurance, sharing support and an overall -completely - different state of health!!
I believe that Lani's leadership, support, and knowledge in T-Tapp, and MANY other aspects of good health saved my life.
I have had profound changes, to the better, in my health and gained
strength, energy, a good shape, restful sleep, healthy digestive
improvement, and was able to discontinue ALL medications.
Perhaps the best way to describe how significantly my
overall health improved under the coaching and instruction from Lani is
to tell you what I LOST on this journey of health. I lost 50 pounds,
sleep apnea, type 2 diabetes, sleeping pills, anti depressant pills,
pain pills, and lastly and because of all else, IBS. I have a healthy
handle on all of these issues.
Thanks to Lani's instruction and her
coaching in health and wellness.
My MOST significant improvement is in the overall
healthier place I am in physically and, as natural, emotionally. I am
stronger in both areas. I have kept my weight off, and I do not diet -
Lani again! I have learned to do something healthy and focused! The
coaching and support to stay with this for me has been the key to my success. Lani's approach to health involves mind, body and spirit. A dynamite team of health and complete wellness!

Spring 2007:
I happened into a T-Tapp class because the class was being held just down the street from my house. I had no idea what the workout consisted of. After the first class meeting I wasn’t sure I would be able to stay with it-I was so out of shape and unhealthy. I was overweight, had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and was using a CPAP machine for sleep apnea. Not a pretty picture!
I was able to stay with and learn the T-Tapp work out: Thanks to the dedicated and knowledgeable instructor, Lani Muelrath. The workout is tough and fun and doable. You CAN do it. It felt right to me to follow the movement and layers of T-Tapp. Just standing in the primary position created a healthy response in my body. I feel amazing after a full T-Tapp session.
I did not realize how much my body was changing until I saw a very close friend I hadn’t seen in awhile. She was amazed at the overall changes in my shape and general health-she is a Reflexologist and had been aware of my health issues prior to T-Tapp. She works on the lymphatic and hormonal systems in her work also and T-Tapp made perfect sense to her. She is doing the basic workout now herself and she is also spreading the word on T-Tapp in her large circles. She is another dedicated and awesome part of my healthy changes.
In the first year and a half of T-Tapp I went from 192 pounds - I am only a little over 5 feet tall - to 142 pounds. I was taken off of diabetes medication and due to the loss of weight around my throat I am no longer sleeping on a CPAP machine. So in addition to loosing 50 pounds I gained many more all around health benefits. I am sleeping better, which has alleviated a whole other group of health problems. I have been able to stop taking medication for the diabetes and the sleep disorder –lessening potential-bigger- problems.
My entire body, spirit and health have changed. I didn’t know, at the time, how that class down the street would affect my life, but it has and I have been in a T-Tapp class ever since. The exercise-in addition to the talented and committed instructor - has had a profound impact on my health-and therefore my life. T-Tapp is the cutting edge of an exercise that addresses whole health benefits. I believe it has saved my life. With a little help from my friends! And a commitment to T-Tapp for Me. ~ Sara Kennedy
