To be honest, I was skeptical of how receiving tips via phone and email would work for me.  But I am amazed at what it did for me. Lani is so sweet and very knowledgeable.  I sent her a video of me doing a few key moves and she sent me 4 pages of tips specific to my body and form!  I was awestruck!  I really didn’t think I would get such personable service!

With her emails and phone calls we were able to bring my workout to a new level where I noticed more sweating, aching muscles and inch loss.  Lani explains things in a way that is very easy for the average person (like me) to understand.  She had me doing moves while following her instructions over the phone.

This was very beneficial because not only can you hear her instructions, you can do them at the same time so you are sure you are doing them correctly.I was able to email any questions to her at anytime during the Tele-T-Tapp session.  This was very helpful   since I am always coming up with questions.

 I feel Lani is a “Mini-Teresa” because of her knowledge and kindness.  Tele-T-Tapp is worth every cent!  Her tips helped me to find my own form flaws while doing the workout. I am hoping to do another 4-week Tele-T-Tapp package in the near future!

Lani, thanks for letting me know the best way to jump back in after my vacation was to do a 4 Day BC. And you were sooooo right about balance and Thread The Needle suffering! But today was Day 3 and it all clicked. Honestly, days 1 and 2 were killers. I thought to myself I will NEVER stop tapping for a week EVER again. lol But today, I was able to get through balance and TTN without stopping and I felt "strong Don Pardo" hehehe...
I also want to share with you what T-tapp has done for me OTHER than reduce my size.  In just under 6 months of tapping, with no significant change in diet...I do watch better, but still enjoy my cheesecake and ice cream  ...my total cholesterol has been lowered about 20 points with the good being increased and bad decreased to what my dr. terms a "perfect ratio". She's happy to see me losing the weight slowly and encouraged me to "keep on doing what you're doing".  My plan to hit my 40th next summer in the best shape possible....is definitely becoming a reality! ('m hitting 39 this month A LOT healthier than I spent 38, that's for sure!!!)

Lani's Tele T Tapp is like having an angel on your shoulder!  Do you too have the days when you finish your workout and just really want to stamp your feet like a two-year old having a tantrum?Because you trying like the devil but feel you“not getting ITOr the days when you just NAIL IT, and you want someone who really understands to give you a huge pat on the back?

Well, that's only a small part of what Lani did for me. She was always there, guiding my workouts to levels I didn't even know were there. Tweaking form and asking just the right questions. My personal nudge when just about the last thing I wanted to do was plies, thread the needle or t tapp twist. She's just your coach in the best and truest sense of the word.

Before working with Lani, I just always had a zillion questions, and as a result wasn't consistent in my workouts, but through the weekly calls and my very frequent e-mails, she just really has made all the difference to me. I'm in jeans I was ready to give away, I don't have to wear shirts that cover my belly (which I've had to do since my c section 21 years ago!)

Just had my 49th birthday. For the first time since I can remember, I'm actually looking forward to summer so I can walk on the beach without a towel covering half of me. I found Lani through the T-Tapp site. For a few weeks I read what she said on the T-Tapp forums and I read all of her site. I knew I needed some help, but I still wasn't sure.  Then I emailed Lani. The best thing I have done for my health in the past 20 years.

Lani has spent time working with exercise and [eating behaviors]. The pointers that she has given me with T-Tapp is what has kept me going. Lani is able to know what your body is doing by your telling her how these positions feel.  I had been very concerned about my energy and Lani talked me into making notes on my food intake. I had no idea I  drinking around 7 to 8 diet cokes per day. I also was unaware that I was taking in about 600-800 calories daily. By introducing me to NT, my energy  greatly improved.

Lani is warm and helpful. She knows what she is doing.When I become discouraged she knows what to say. You are never rushed or feel as though she is ready to get you off of the phone. With Lani's aid and T-Tapp I now have a waist. I have a body type that is short-waisted. I was so excited when I put on a pair  pants and the waist was loose.

I live an area where there are ample gyms and personal trainers. My work schedule makes that very difficult. I have done both in the past. I've been T-Tapping for a couple of years but I decided I really wanted to make sure my form was "perfect." I began working with Lani via “Phone Tapp" and she is incredible. Her warm, friendly style combined with her knowledge and ability to take you through the form corrections has truly impressed me.  I had myself video taped doing the Intermediate workout and Lani was able to make corrections from the video.  It was like having my own personal trainer there with me.  Each week she goes through a number of moves and explains what I'm doing wrong, or ways that I can get more out of the move. I wholeheartedly recommend Lani's "Phone-Tapp" system! As of December 2000, I had been doing T-Tapp on & off (mostly off) again for several months. I knew I needed some accountability to help me develop a regular T-Tapp exercise routine. And I also wanted some form pointers but, at the time, I wasn't able to attend one of the retreats. Then I heard about the Phone-Tapp system. It seemed to be exactly what I needed, so I eagerly signed up for a four-week package. My T-Tapp experience: I started Tapping in December of 2000 after coming across Teresa's site on the internet. I had not exercised in 2 years due to two car accidents that had left me with whiplash and a weak back. The T-Tapp Beginner tape was easy to follow and I lost inches. More importantly, it was a non-impact workout that made my back strong and I could go at my own pace as I eased back into exercise. In February, I felt I was ready to move onto the Intermediate tape. With my 25th birthday quickly approaching in April, I wanted to make an investment in my health. I came upon Lani's web site where I learned about Phone Tapping, and I decided to contact her about training me by phone.  It is a decision that I will never regret. My initial consultation with Lani was on March 27, 2001. Since then, not only have I lost more inches than I ever expected to, but I have also gained a new appreciation for the T-Tapp workout!
Please take a look at my measurements-- see what personalized form checks did for my results! I have gone from 36 (since before starting with Lani) to 33" in my belly measurement, decreased my under the bust measurement from 35" to 32" ,taken an inch off my waist...altogether for a total loss of more than 12 inches! Even though showing only a 2 lb. loss on the scale. I have been getting these results AND I have INCREASED my food intake. Lani has taught me how to FUEL my body and get over the guilt of eating when I am hungry. Starving myself to get results wasn't working- eating more worked! None of this would have happened without guidance from Lani. Here I am the experienced athlete..triathalons, TaeBo, weights, 2 hour workouts you would think I knew it all. The 7 years ago I had to have a hysterectomy. Not only was that my first serious operation I had a 17 inch fibroid tumor removed! It weighed 11 pounds. My body changed dramatically after that. I still did 2 hour workouts 6 days a week but figured I needed to begin dieting. My diet was just not eating. Oh yes right away I lost weight and kept if off for about 6 months. The I got hungry...real hungry and began to eat. Not junk food..just regular food. So I gained. I blamed it on my trainer, the weight lifting and even added one more hour of cardio three times a week so I was doing cardio twice a day. In September I found T-Tapp. It changed my life. I dropped two dress sizes in four months and firmed up more than ever! However, in February I realized I had plateaued and was constantly feeling week. Next step...Lani the Queen of the Prod! I began phone tapping in late February. What a great experience. First I had to write an exercise journal, which immediately proved that I stayed in T-Tapp bootcamp 6 days a week. Next came the food diary, which proved that I basically stayed under 1200 calories a day. No wonder I was weak! Lani "met" with me once a week and tweaked everything for me. What have I learned? I learned that even though I love to workout, my body never had a rest. So I started "rest days". This did not mean not exercising, but rather a slower pace than what I was used to. I also started eating every 2-3 hours. Not big meals but rather small meals. It has not been easy, but I am learning. My body was so confused prior to phone tapping. It never knew when I would rest or when the next bit of fuel would enter into it. In one month I lost another inch from my waist, a half inch from my hips and one quarter inch from each thigh.
