The
course primarily takes place in an online setting; this means that YOU decide what times during each week you complete your assigned workouts and activities, and come into the course area at your convenience! I always have a mix
of women and men in my classes and this is time is no exception. The
course will appear in your SFSU iLearn area on the first day of classes,
late in January.
Required instructional materials are the Total
T-Tapp Workout instructional videos, which will be available at the
SFSU Bookstore in January. I've been able to secure a deep discount
for students! These videos usually retail at $79.95; SFSU students
will be able to purchase them at the bookstore for about $55!
Each
week, workouts, readings, quizzes, discussions, and activity logs will
be assigned. In addition, there will be 6 times that you will need to
come to LIVE sessions on campus over the course of the semester:
MANDATORY ATTENDANCE:
1) February 1, March 7, April 4, and May 2 (the first Friday of each month) for a morning LIVE training session with me (time and location TBA)

The week of February 4 - 8, come to the Kinesiology Department for
pre-assessment (either Tuesday or Thursday between 2 - 4, or Friday,
time TBA)
3) For post-assessment, at similar days/times during an established week later in the semester; exact dates TBA.
