Hi!
Just about to pack up for the journey home from our rainforest and scuba trek here on Dominica. I’ve been posting regular updates on Facebook and Twitter, and it’s always fun to connect in those places!
A few days after we arrive home, the Women’s Fitness BluePrint Session will get underway and boy am I ready!
I have to share with you a note that Vicki , who was in the Fall Session, posted on my blog this week.
Hi Lani!
It’s Vicki from the fall session. You are just killing me with all this tropical talk…stuck in the snow in frigid weather for the last couple of weeks, lol. My body was just telling me it’s time to lighten up and trek out to the grocery for something fresh and light and your post totally backs that feeling up.
By the way – I made it through the holidays without gaining. I indulged, but not too much, and I knew exactly what I could do to balance it. I spent a couple months just maintaining and now I’m back to doing what I need to do.
The new mindset I have is like magic!
Vicki later wrote to tell me that she is now down 2 pants sizes, 10 pounds, and can you tell (the best part!) that she is just brimming with new attitude?
Vicki, you inspire me! What a way to kick off the Winter Session! Thank you!
