Who needs a StairMaster when you are climbing pyramids all morning?
Because that’s just where we found ourselves this morning on Day 4 of our adventure in Oaxaca, Mexico.
I know, as they say, it’s a tough job but somebody’s got to do it.
The big sky, the wide open spaces, and wafts of spring air buoyed our backsides as we climbed up and down these majestic monuments for hours. Adventure, history, inspiration, fun, and fitness all rolled up into one!
These snapshots were taken at the over 6, 000 ft. elevation of Monte Alban just outside of the city of Oaxaca. The absence of many other people, outside of the locals, delivered an extra dose of mystery.
And I got definitely got my dose of being a good, moving animal today!
