Then, and as you lose weight, you will be able to recover all kinds of activity patterns.  Success is one step after another!

		<description>Wow -- thanks for the advice!  I&#039;m going to try this.  Of these, I think my only problem may be the way that I am walking -- which I have never heard before, and definitely never thought of.  I tried the test, and sure enough, my feet are pointing out at a pretty large angle!  I wonder if part of it is having gained some weight.  I tend to be a bit less knock-kneed when I am at a healthier weight.  I am really going to be more aware of my foot placement when walking now!  I, too, would like to be able to run again.</description>
