Are you working to silence or do you play music to accompany?  Are you being sure to include all the stretches as well? I&#039;m going to play with your ideas and see what I can come up with!  Hope you will be coming to the TeleSeminar with Burr on the 8th?

Thanks so much, that explained a lot for me. I definitely need to tweak my eating habits, obviously they are not working for me anymore. And yes, during the Standing seat segment, the leg lifts(Accelerated Workout) I started jumping on the treadmill, I elevate it and go at a very fast pace, during those segments because I felt like I was getting more of a workout, then I jump back to the DVD at the 15 push-ups segment then finish the DVD. I just started doing this because I wasn&#039;t seeing results, but gaining in that problem area according to my jeans.

Everything you explained makes sense, you also came up with a good idea of taking a picture of myself. I&#039;ll stick with the DVD&#039;s, I have both, I like to alternate the two. And do a revamp on my eating habits, I do like a dry red wine every night, I sure hope I don&#039;t have to stop that!:) I will keep you updated.
