Here is another very easy way to cook beans, and it does not require presoaking: Place the rinsed, sorted beans in a crockpot and cover with water 2 to 3 inches above the beans. (You can also add salt, herbs, garlic, onions, peppers, etc., if you like.) Cook on HIGH for 7 to 8 hours (I just let them cook overnight). Voila!</description>
