		<description>Tara, yay, I am so glad to hear this!  Fit Quickies to the rescue!  And you&#039;ll be glad to know I&#039;ve been working with a Physical Therapist this week to develop some new Fit Quickies to target core support to relieve and avoid back pain.  They are good good!
