@Brenda: Brenda, sorry to hear you are frustrated. Is that your food diary for one day? This looks like barely enough calories to get the squirrel across the deck unless there are all kinds of hidden calories in the chlli and salad. Where are the carbohydrates to power your workouts?

Undereating always leads to overeating and perhaps if you look over the span of the entire month, you would see where the surges are that are interrupting your progress. Just something to look at, not uncommon.

I wish I could have joined, maybe next time.

I was reviewing my day (eating) and have to shake my head. It sounds good on paper but my weight doesn't come off.

Let's see I had three bananas, green salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, one cup of veggie chili and some strawberries. That's about normal for me. I also worked out with the Bar Method four times already this month.I haven't lost any weight.

I wish I knew what I was doing wrong and all of you where doing right.

Congrats to all of you...........your doing so GOOD!!
